This dynamic 5′7 123lb. 45 year old lady came to Dr. Jimerson’s office because she was interested in increasing the size of her breast.  She has been thinking about getting breast implants for the last 25 years.  She always wanted larger breast and desired to feel more confident and fill out her clothes better.  She started out as a 34B and wanted to increase her bust size to a DD.  She choose 460 saline implants and the results are amazing.  She looks great in her clothes, especially in the shirts that have the keyhole cut-out or the low v-neck shirts. The before and after pictures are 6 weeks apart.

This attractive, spunky 5′3 105lb. 37 year old, single, mother of two active children came to see Dr. Jimerson because she felt her breasts were way too small. She worked a great job and spent a lot of time making sure that her kids were taken care of and she wanted to also take care of herself. She has wanted larger breasts since she was a teenager, when she felt that puberty did not ‘hit’ hard enough.

Before her surgery she was an A minus cup and now she wears a B-cup bra. She chose 300cc’s silicone implants and Dr. Jimerson performed the Dual plane procedure so that she would have very natural looking breast. The best part about having breasts are that they do not feel any heavier than when she was a smaller size and shopping is so much FUN!!! Before her surgery it was hard to find clothes, especially dresses with spaghetti straps becuse she did not fill them out properly. Now she does not have that problem anymore.

This young lady came to Dr. Jimerson’s office because she wanted to look fabulous in her clothes, feel more confident and look great for herself and her husband. At the time of her surgery she was 35 years old, 5′2 approximatley 145lbs., has two beautiful children and worked a full-time job.

Dr. Jimerson performed the dual plane procedure which makes her look as if she was born with them. She chose 350cc silicone implants. Dr. Jimerson placed the incision right at the breast bone, which is barely noticeable in all her after shots. The after shots shows her results 6 months after her surgery. As you can see she has a beautiful, bigger, fuller breast.
