This young lady wanted bigger, beautiful breasts!! She was 31 years old 5′5 135lb. African-Amrican female when she came to Dr. Jimerson’s office to have her current implants replaced. She was unhappy with the size and look of her current implants.

She had had them for four years and felt that they were too small and asymmetrical. She originally started out as an A cup and her current implants made her a C cup. Her desire was to be a DD cup (she liked Pamela Anderson’s look). This 30 year old young lady came to the office because she was not completely satisfied with her first breast augmentation surgery. She previously had 390cc saline implants and wanted her breast to be fuller. This time she chose 600cc silicone implants and now she is very, very satisfied with her new breasts.

She loves how they feel, she looks great in her clothes and has been flashing them all over the world!! She took a vacation to the Dominican Republic and hung out on one of the beautiful nude beaches, and people kept coming up to her commenting on how fabulous her breasts look.

This 39 year old 5′2 127lbs. female came to see Dr. Jimerson because she felt insecure about her body in her bathing suits and clothes.  Before her Breast Augmentation she was a A cup or smaller.  When she first came in for her consultation she wanted to goto a C-cup, but her friends told her to go bigger she would not regret it.  She decided to go with saline 400 ccs on her right breast and 380 ccs on her left breast which helped correct some asymmetry issues.

The Before and After pictures are 6 months apart and she is very happy with her results.  She says that her new breast fits her body very well and most importantly her breast finally sticks out further than her stomach in her clothes!!!

This dynamic 5′7 123lb. 45 year old lady came to Dr. Jimerson’s office because she was interested in increasing the size of her breast.  She has been thinking about getting breast implants for the last 25 years.  She always wanted larger breast and desired to feel more confident and fill out her clothes better.  She started out as a 34B and wanted to increase her bust size to a DD.  She choose 460 saline implants and the results are amazing.  She looks great in her clothes, especially in the shirts that have the keyhole cut-out or the low v-neck shirts.
